[[rs6869366]], also known as G-1394T, is a SNP in the DNA repair [[XRCC4]] gene.

A study of 158 Taiwanese patients found an association between carriers of a [[rs6869366]](G) allele and increased risk for [[bladder cancer]]. The odds ratio was 2x for heterozygotes; no (T;T) homozygotes were seen in this study.{{PMID|19443403}}

Risk was further studied based on smoking history. Smokers who were also [[rs6869366]](T) carriers were at even higher risk (crude OR=3.29, CI: 1.21-8.90, adjusted OR=3.35, CI=1.41-8.49), implying a gene-smoking interaction.{{PMID|19443403}}
